Competition The Danish Competition Authority promotes competition in the Danish society primarily by administrating the Danish Competition Act. Principal decisions are made by the Competition Council.
Public Procurement The Danish Competition Authority is responsible for the implementation and administration of the EU directives on public procurement. The Authority handles complaints and gives guidance in principal cases.
State Aid One of the Authority's main responsibilities concerning state aid is to participate in the negotiations of new rules and methods of control in the EU.
Energy The Danish Regulatory Authority supervises the monopoly companies in the energy sector, electricity, natural gas and district heating. The Competition Authority supplies secretariat staff to the Regulatory Authority.
